Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa Lia. Le jardin arboré ainsi que la piscine sont magnifiques. La maison offre tout l’espace et le confort attendu. Certaines installations sont quelques peu vieillissantes (plafonniers, éclairage du jardin à restaurer…) mais ce ne sont que des détails… La maison se situe à 10 minutes d’Albufeira dans un joli lotissement au calme. Pour finir, tout le personnel de Quinta dos Alamos s’est montré très réactif et amical lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’eux. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette très jolie maison. L'extérieur est très appréciable, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Le quartier est paisible et également très coquet. Je recommande vraiment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la case Lia. La maison est très belle lumineuse et spacieuse et vraiment très agréable à vivre. Elle est aussi bien équipée et la piscine est top. Nous avons été bien accueillis, Barbara a vraiment été à l’écoute de nos besoins, arrangeante et très réactive. Merci beaucoup.

Belle villa avec superbe piscine et parc planté de différentes essences. Terrasse très agréable pour des repas à l ombre. Idéalement située, proche de très belles plages et permettant la découverte de la région. Hôte disponible et répondant si besoin. Une belle découverte avec l envie de revenir très vite !

A lovely place with a hood sized pool and garden perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Hemos estado recientemente una semana en Casa Lia. La casa es muy acogedora. Destacando el jardín privado y la piscina que son fantasticos. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Cerca de numerosas playas. En Guia hemos comido pollo piri piri. Todo fenomenal.

We loved Casa Lia! Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable & well equipped. Beautiful garden and great pool. The surroundings are so quiet and peaceful, and yet you're so close to the beach and supermarkets (5-10' ride in car) We will sure come back! :)

Casa Lia is in a very quiet area of Quinta dos Álamos and very peaceful. The villa is a little dated but clean, well equipped and spacious. The terrace, pool and garden are all lovely, but the BBQ area needs attention. Liaison with Barbara was very good.

Great service from Santomero from start to finish so would recommend them as a company,. I agree with comments about updates and especially the BBQ. without a doubt the star of the show is the lovely pool and garden.

Second visit to Casa Lia and whilst not the most plush of properties it is priced accordingly and serves its purpose as a relaxing base for holidays. Booking the villa through Quinton dos Álamos and Barbara Martins in particular was very easy. The two bedroom villa is an older property but clean and regular maid service, with the kitchen well used but adequate having all the utensils required. The swimming pool is the highlight of the villa the water is very clean being maintained on a regular basis along with the lovely garden The BBQ area is in need of a revamp as it is not the most hygienic. As you live outside when the sun shines this villa is ideal.

We have just spent a week in Guia staying at Cacs Lia. This is a lovely spacious villa in a quiet location, but within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Guia. Would definitely recommend this villa is you are looking for a chilled break.

We have used the group of villas in Guia managed by Santomero many times in the past. This trip again proved the excellent service and response provided by them. Casa do Lia was lovely as expected. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool and well-fitted house. When we couldn’t get one of the air conditioning units to work, Santomero was there in minutes and corrected the settings. Same when the toaster stopped working it was replaced within minutes. Our maid was delightful as usual. We loved the holiday and will return. Santomero also provided brilliant advice on a Rental Car company. All in all, a 5 star experience.

The house is very spacious, sparkling clean, nicely decorated. There is everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. There is a paved front yard to park the car and a big backyard with complete privacy. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much and again everything was available from towels, to sun shade, cushions etc... it was perfect for a family of 4, we felt very much at home and had a great time. We recommend the house very warmly.

Casa Lia is at the end of a quiet culdasac on a quiet road with other villas. A 10 minuet walk into Guia where there are quite a few restaurants, and a 5 minuet drive to the shopping center, which is large, the marina too is close and so are many beaches, in short a great base. If you would rather sit by your own pool in the peace and quiet then this is the place to be. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, it also has good air conditioning, which we needed even though it was mid September. We will be going back.

Everything was perfect. the house is beautyful and the service exceptionnel. Quiet place close To Albufeira.
